A safe, water-smart way to keep your finish clean between details — no runoff, no swirls, and driveway-friendly. Here's exactly what you need and how to do it right.
A rinseless wash uses lubricating polymers to safely lift and encapsulate light dirt so you can wipe it away without a pressure washer or bucket after bucket of rinse water. It's the smart way to keep your vehicle looking freshly detailed between appointments — in your garage, in winter, or anywhere water runoff is a problem.
Work out of direct sun on a cool panel so the solution doesn't flash-dry and streak.
Heavy mud or grit? Fill your spray bottle with that same 256:1 dilution. Pretreat the paint with rinseless (instead of a foam cannon) and rinse off.
Quick mist with rinseless on the paint. Soak your mitt, wring lightly, and wipe a single panel top-to-bottom in straight lines — never circles.
Flip the mitt to a fresh side for each section, then re-load it with solution from the bucket.
Follow each panel immediately with a twist-loop drying towel, blotting and gliding — don't let it air-dry.
Save lower doors, rockers, and the rear for the end so you don't drag grit up onto clean paint. Use a 2nd mitt for the lowers.
You want the rinseless wash solution to be the last thing on the surface — it's what stops the chances of water spots forming as the vehicle dries.
One direction only. Straight-line wipes hide fine marring far better than circles.
Fresh towel sides. A dropped towel is done — grit off the floor causes scratches.
Less pressure. Let the lubricants do the work; don't scrub hard.
Wheels separate. Use dedicated towels for wheels and tires, never on paint.
